Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or have manufacturing stains/defects.
Products returned due to change of mind, size preference, or color preference will not be accepted.
Return Window
Customers must report and initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Clear photos/videos of the damage or stain must be shared at the time of the return request for verification.
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team via [phone/WhatsApp/email] within 3 days of delivery, along with your order number and proof of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Note: ATC reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
